Activated an eSIM in Japan, which is data only. In cellular, I turn off my home eSIM. When I do so, I can’t send messages to groups, even if they’re all iPhones. I get a pop up saying I need to turn on mms, but that setting isn’t there. Any ideas on how this can be fixed?

Turn your home esim back on try.
If that doesn't work, you'll need to contact your esim providers.
