How do I disable automatic Focus mode on iPhone and iPad?

Since a recent update I opted in for the phone and/or ipad to automatically turn on focus depending on what activity I seem to be doing. This was presented as an option which I selected but now wish to return to not have focus turning on automatically. I can’t find any reference to Settings to turn off this option.
