Boot Camp does not support Windows 11.

Which Mac? One with Apple silicon M1 or later? If so, you’ll need to run Windows 11 for Arm as a guest in a virtual machine, such as Fusion or Parallels. Microsoft doesn't presently support directly booting Windows for Arm on Apple silicon.

If this is a Mac with Intel, you can probably run Windows 11 as a guest (assuming the virtual machine implements the Microsoft-required TPM). Check with the virtual machine vendor for details.

As helpfully mentioned above, Apple Boot Camp does not support Windows 11.

Boot Camp is not supported on Apple Silicon Macs.

Just to add, Boot Camp doesn't support Windows 11.
