My son added his Face ID which is now overruling the access on many apps. How can I delete Face ID with my passwords. He also turned on stolen device protection which I cannot turned it off without his Face ID. I’m traveling and need to change this asap. Thanks for your help!

The short answer is you can't do it without him present.
While your issue has NOTHING to do with this thread, your post explains why you can't download whatever application you want. It requires an iOS version higher than your phone is running. I'm going to guess you own an iPhone which isn't capable of running iOS 17. You'll need a newer iPhone if you want to use this application.
