I changed my location sharing to my iPod yet my Find My App still shows my current location

taking a break from people, I set my find my location to my iPod Touch 5th Gen and shut it off. When I log onto my iPad, it shows

MY LOCATION;

Location: Dumbo, NY

From: BLANKs iPod Touch

Use this iPad as my location

Im confused, my iPod is at home 200 miles away shut off, why is it saying where I’m currently at?
