But to directly answer your question, Apple does not provide an app for the Apple Support Communities forums.

Yeah; there’s a lot happening here, both to ask questions, and to answer them.

Tap the Ask the Community link in the top center right, enter the text of your question including the hardware or software or apps involved, pick a title that summarizes the question, pick a related component, and wait for others to respond.
