Hi,
Try to open your PDF files with Preview.app and print with it.
Is your file locked? When I edited a PDF in Preview and saved it as a new PDF, I found that the saved document was open password-protected, but I'm sure I didn't encrypt it myself. So I had to try a password remover to unlock it. Luckily, I opened the file finally with Cisdem. I don't know exactly what's going on with your document. I'm sorry if I haven't been of any help to you.
What happens when you try to open a pdf?
Error message?
Hi ack228,
from which software are the pdf files generated and with which program you want to open and print them?
Give us more information on the issue an the handling
Yup. This used to work for me when I had problems printing from the Adobe app.
I just updated my iOS to Sequoia 15.4.1 on my MacBook AIr and an now unable to open a pdf, either as an attachment or as a download. I have a paid Adobe account, so it is not on that end.
Try opening from within the application.
