You should contact Apple Pay customer support for assistance with fixing the incorrect address issue. They should be able to help you update your address details so you can use Apple Pay successfully again.

When you say Apple Pay, are you referring to Tap-To-Pay at a merchant’s transaction terminal or Apple Account. Apple Account is what’s used for Apple products and services like Apple TV, apps, subscriptions etc. Where are you seeing the warning?

Open the Apple Contacts app and correct the shipping address in your > ME < card.

Check these other three locations just to be safe.

Each card also has an address associated with the account. Please follow this path;

iPhone > Settings > Apple ID (Your Name at top of screen) > Payment & Shipping > tap card to edit > tap Billing address > tap edit (upper right corner of screen) edit necessary changes

iPhone > Settings > Apple ID (Your Name at top of screen) > Payment & Shipping > Shipping Address (edit or delete address

iPhone > Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Transaction Defaults (scroll down) > Shipping Address > Edit (upper right corner of screen) > either Enter New Shipping Address, add new address or edit/delete addresses
