How can I get my iTunes back on Windows 11?

I had my iTunes music over 8000 in my iTunes library (iCloud). The iTunes software just disappeared from Windows11. I do not want new iTunes with podcast and audio books only my music library.

I am able to access my music in my iPad/iPhone

My Windows 11 pc as below
Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview
Version 24H2
os Build 26200.5562
Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26120.2992 (ge_release_upr) installed on 01/18/25 the iTunes task bar disappeared
I tried to reinstall iTunes from Apple (iTunes64Setup,exe File version: 12.10.11.2) I get the following error
"The file iTunes Library.itl cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of Tunes."

That's fairly self explanatory. Your Library was saved on a newer iTunes version than the version you tried to install. You need the same or newer iTunes version to open the Library.

I removed the setup and cleared the cache and installed the iTunes setup from Microsoft store and get installed only for podcast or audio books

That suggests you have one of the other Apple Apps installed. TV, Music or Devices. As mentioned any one of these will limit iTunes features to only Books and Podcasts.

Remove all 3, and restart iTunes.

Once iTunes re-opens, click on the media dropdown, and select the Music entry.

If no music is available then close down iTunes again, and open it holding the shift button and when requested navigate to the iTunes Library.itl file and select it.

So iTunes was uninstalled, or are you saying a shortcut you may have had on your desktop or the task bar is no longer there?

Or that the iTunes application you have his now limited to only Podcasts and Books?

What happened exactly?

How do you usually access iTunes? From an icon on your desktop or taskbar? From the Start Menu? Some other way?

There is no new iTunes with Podcasts and Audio Books. iTunes, is iTunes and continues to do everything it has always done.

If you installed one of Apple's other Apps, such as the Music App, TV app, or Devices App, they will limit the installed iTunes version to just Podcasts and Books. But it's not a new version.

Removing all of the Apple apps except for iTunes should restore all the functionality back to iTunes including your music library access.

MY PC has only iCloud photos and no other Apple product

Reinstall iTunes using this link: https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/win64

Press and hold down shift as you launch iTunes and choose the correct .itl file.

See Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash - Apple Community where the specific error message you mentioned earlier is discussed. Sometimes it is a result of corrupt preference data in iTunes. The article has further advice should that error persist.

I access iTunes from taskbar.

I had Itunes and iCloud Photos in my system and now I have only iCloud Photos.

I removed the setup and cleared the cache and installed the iTunes setup from Microsoft store and get installed only for podcast or audio books

Any solution

Thanks
