How do I recover lost contacts from Gmail on iPhone without access?

"how do i recover my contacts if i lost access to my gmail and i tried restoring from icloud unsuccessfuly

I lost access to my work gmail as i am not working there anymore and the company dis activated my email. When this happened i lost all my contacts saved in the last 5years. I went to my iCloud account and tried restoring contacts, i hade only one option available, which was from a couple hours ago, chose that single option and nothing changed. What do i do? I lost over 400 contacts and my work gmail is deleted."

Archive the Contacts:

Have a separate device synced with these contacts? If so, boot it up, archiving them from the device. Important: Avoid connecting to the Internet so that none of this syncs with Hotmail.
