Why is Apple Watch Series 10 slow to boot up after updating to watchOS 11.4?

Since updating to Watch OS 11.4 my series 10 46mm watch is very slow to boot up after being turned off. Like 2 minutes slow, previously it was way under 1 minute! Happens every time on boot up which is definitely not how it was before the update. I have reset the Watch and it made no difference!
