Music doesn’t pause when I get an incoming call on iPhone 15

Music does not pause when I get an incoming call. I have an iPhone 15, phone and all apps are up to date and it doesn't matter how I'm listening to the music (phone, Bluetooth speaker car). How do I fix this.

Music continues (does not pause) while calling or receiving calls. If I am playing music in my car via bluetooth and through my speakers and someone calls me or I make the call, the music will not automatically pause for the phone call. After I've accepted or made the call, the music will continue to play. This NEVER happened on my iPhone 12, the music paused while one was on a call, either incoming or outgoing. But the music does NOT pause on my 14. I have to end the call, turn off music and then return their call. It's extremely annoying. I am current on all updates and I have rebooted so that is not the issue. There is a bug or something different in setting that I cannot find on the 14 that is causing this issue. How do I fix this or when will a fix be available?

While I’m listening to music on iPhone call sounds don't work. i have the iPhone 13 max with the 16.6 software. If I receive a phone call while I’m listening to music and i answer it it doesn’t work. The person on the other end and my end there is no sound and I end up having to shut my phone off and turn it back on to for any phone calls to work. Any ideas or tips and tricks? Music still playing during calls I recently bought a new iPhone 13 pro max. When I receive an incoming call it’s doesn’t silence music in I tunes or a radio app I use. I does this on both internal speaker and my AirPods. Also if I’m listening on AirPods and take them out instead of silencing audio it switched to the internal speaker. iOS and all apps are up to date
