My iPhone 13 will not pickup and load my Apple Titanium card into my wallet?

Have you tried the following from How to add Apple Card to your Apple devices - Apple Support

Sign in to your Apple Watch, iPad, Mac, or Vision Pro with the same Apple Account that was signed in to iCloud on the iPhone that you used to apply for Apple Card.

Add Apple Card to your iPhone

1. Update to the latest version of iOS. 
2. On your iPhone, open the Wallet app.
3. Tap the add button.
4. Tap Previous Cards, make sure only Apple Card is selected, then tap Continue.

The titanium card does not have NFC because of the all metal construction. It also has no numbers visible so card details so it cannot be manually entered. Please follow FoxFifth’s instructions above.

What iOS version is your iPhone using? Do you use a VPN?
