CarPlay crashing with Apple Intelligence

Ever since upgrading to my iPhone 16 Pro, using Siri (Apple intelligence enabled) is impossible with my CarPlay as it crashes the whole system.

I’d assume it’s maybe a RAM or CPU problem (not enough) with my CarPlay, but isn’t everything done on my phone instead of the CarPlay device?

Does anyone know a fix or something to allow me to use Siri without my CarPlay crashing?

Siri crashes Carplay Iphone 13 mini and now iPhone 16 pro. Peugeot 208 from 2018. Siri crashes when connected via wire, or via a wireless dongle. It's been this way since September. I set up the iPhone 16 Pro by copying the 13 mini, so clearly there's a bug in some config file that was on my 13 mini, since my wife's 13 pro max works just fine. Apple, please get a grip on your stuff and fix this ASAP.

iOS 16.2 and problems with carplay I have just updated my iPhone 13 Pro 256GB to iOS 16.2 and have experienced some problems with carplay (car: Opel Mokka 2019). Everything seems to work well except for vocal commands and phone calls (no audio). It seem a problem about audio (in and out). Siri is not working. All the rest (music, navigator, etc) seems to work well. Any suggestion? Dino

Siri not working with CarPlay I'm using iOS 16 on an iPhone 13 mini in a 2021 BMW X3 and my Siri in CarPlay is not finding any of simple requests (directions to locations, playing a requested music choice etc) Does anyone know a fix...other that restarting everything...which I've done numerous times?!
