How do I remove PDF's from Books only?
Books 1.19 on 27" iMac running Mojave
Deleting pdf's in books I get this message and it scares me. I only want to remove files out of Books not remove them from my computer entirely.

That’ll remove the PDF from the Books app, and from the iCloud Books PDF storage. It doesn’t go looking for other copies stored elsewhere.
If you’re still concerned, check your Time Machine or other backup, and confirm the other copy of the PDF file is included in the backup. Then delete the PDF, and check both the other location of the PDF on your Mac, and check the backup.
