Why am I seeing ShortcutsActions in my Privacy reports

I have no shortcuts on installed on my iPad but this is the second time I've seen (under data and sensor access), indicating my contacts have been accessed. The icon is a "wireframe/placeholder type not like the usual Apple icons.

iPad, iPadOS 18

Hello NIK_GUY,

I also see "ShortcutsActions" in the report:

It seems that ShortcutsActions is an Apple application. It exists on the Mac and it has exactly the same icon as the one you see. I understand that this application works in the background for the Shortcuts application.

I cannot explain why ShortcutActions now appears in the privacy report but it is a legitimate Apple app.
