How do I fix a blurry iPhone screen while texting?

I left it in a draft for me to get back to it, I came back and my phone screen is all blurry, so I’m just waiting for someone who can help me out, I just need a little help on this issue and I Think anyone who can help me, I have to be able to get it back on track for my phone and I’m not able to find a way to do it myself and I’m trying not to get too much trouble with my iPhone because I have a problem with my screen and I’m having a problem with my medical history and I need to be able to get back to my phone and my family so I’m just waiting to hear from them and I have to be on my phone so if they don’t have any issues I will be in a little bit of trouble with my heart is that badly and I’m just wondering how it would be helpful to me to get back on my iPhone and then I’m okay with that , thanks for your help I really appreciate it Screen is blurry, and I can’t see with out squishing what do I do to get it back?
