Can I change translation apps used in Books on iPhone?

When I’m reading a book in original Book app and click for the translation of a word or a phrase, the app uses Google translate, but I don’t like how it translates. Can I somehow change the app inside the Books? So I don’t have to go to another app?

Or is Google translate apllies to the whole system of the phone?
