Sorry your question does not make sense.


SIM cards provide cellular service, they aren't uploaded anywhere. They are installed on an iPhone or iPad directly.


What exactly are you doing?


Please do not post your phone number in a public forum.


The SIM card service needs to support Internet Access / Data connection for FaceTime to work on it, it also needs to come from a cellular service provider that supports FaceTime over Cellular.
