RSS podcasts missing from Podcasts Web Player

There’s a podcast I listen to on the Apple Podcasts app on my iPhone that I subscribed to via an RSS link (from Patreon). When I open Apple Podcasts in Web Player on my computer, all of my other podcasts are there, but this specific podcast is missing. I’m signed into my account on Web Player, so all of my subscriptions should be there, right? The subscription is still active on my Podcasts phone app, so I know the RSS link still works and everything. I’m at a total loss here. I just want to listen to the podcast through my computer!
