Generally pre-installed apps need to be " accepted" before they become visible on your " purchased page" within the App Store.

Try this procedure on your new iMac...

Accept pre-installed Pro Apps on your new Mac – Apple Support (UK)

Now on your other Mac sign into the App Store by clicking on you name at the bottom left hand corner.

This should take you to the purchased page where you should see Logic Pro.

You should be able to download a version that is compatible with the OS on this older Mac, which of course may be different to the version on your new Mac, due to the fact that they may be different operating systems.
