I have somehow lost my numbers spreadsheet where I've been logging my clinical hours for the last 15 months. It only shows the first three weeks I logged my hours from 15 months ago.

This may be the time to go to Time Machine or whatever backup system you are using.
If you don't have a backup system now would be the time to start.
