Will changing my Apple Account region affect Family Sharing and subscriptions?

Hi, I'm currently in Japan on a one-year working holiday program, and I've started the process of opening a bank account there. The bank is asking me to install an application that is only available on the Japanese App Store, which means changing the region of my Apple account.

However, my account is currently attached to my family's family share, which enables me to take advantage of several subscriptions such as Apple TV, Apple Music, etc.

So I would like to know : if I change the region of my Apple account (from France to Japan), will this have an impact on my subscriptions or my access to the family share ? For example, could I lose my entire music library ?
