Apple Watch 10 Heart Rate Tracking Does Not Work Consistently

While exercising, my Apple Watch 10 Heart Rate monitor just stops working. You have to basically do any number of stupid things to try and get it to track again, but it is dreadful and very frustrating. It looks like this has been a problem for years and through all the Apple Watch Models, with no real fix. Anything new on the horizon to get this fixed? It's amazing to think Apple couldn't get this to work, by implementing AI of some sort, given the amount of data they have at their disposal.

Did you already report this directly to Apple by using the Feedback link?

This is the only way to make them aware of watchOS issues.

My Ultra 2 stops recording heart rate during an exercise if I wear it not far enough from the wrist, or the weight of the watch and movement of the arm pushed it a bit forward again.

It's absolutely ridiculous. I've tried moving it all over both wrists, cleaning the back with lens wipes, rebooting, starting the heart rate activity then going to the Exercise Activity, etc. Nothing will make it consistently work. It's just a dreadful product. The problem is pretty pervasive, what what I read out there.
