My hidden icon is not showing and I’m worried that my friends will find it. Please help this is a problem. Thank you.

Hello~ Click on below…
Lock or hide an app on iPhone - Apple Support*
*Note: Children under 13 in a Family Sharing group can’t lock or hide apps. Anyone aged 13 to 17 in a Family Sharing group can lock or hide an app, but a parent or guardian in the family group can see that the app was downloaded and how much time it’s used, and restrict access to it using Screen Time. (These ages vary by country or region.)
Do you fall into this category?

Your friends do not have your iPhone passcode, because you are wise enough to avoid the many catastrophes awaiting on that path. If your friends do have your passcode, it is well past time to change your passcode.

As you can see that’s the end of the list.
Do you have Screen Time restrictions or is this device managed by your school? If so, they can make hiding apps not possible.
Your question is unclear. Your hidden apps are not supposed to show on your Home Screen. Your hidden apps go to the Hidden apps folder in the App Library. Your friends will not be able to view your hidden apps unless they know your iPhone's passcode or your biometrics.
As you can see that’s the end of the list.
Yeah but the folder is not showing

Scroll to the bottom of your App Library, which can be reached by continuously swiping left on your iPhone till you reach the end there.
Great information Katana-San, I didn't know about that. Thanks for sharing.
Hello~ You’re welcome. Learning is part of participating here and I learn something every day as well.
