Screen Time limit not working on my child's devices running iOS 18.3.2

This morning my son's phone had a screen time limit but when I went to his settings on app limits it said there were no app limits so im so confused to what's happening. Then this afternoon my Daughters ipad that I Do have time limits on, was able to bypass all it by clicking one more minute and it never blocked the app again. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
