Is anyone having an issue not being able to connect with their Microsoft Exchange account on their Apple Mail?

My trouble started yesterday, but only on the mail on my new Mac Mini. It's working fine on my iPhone. I have tried just about everything. I have deleted the Microsoft Exchange account and reloaded it several times. I have deleted the account and then restarted the computer. I can't figure it out and feeling frustrated. Thanks in advance!

If you deleted and re-add the account and still have issue, then the next step is to contact Microsoft support or look at their help site/forum for "having issues".
