Camera needing iTunes gift card to work
My wife was trying to use the camera and it came up with a message stating the camera would not work unless she purchased an iTunes gift card. Looks like a scam but can’t get it to work.

Absolutely a scam. The built-in Camera app never charges you anything to use it. Even if you were talking about some third-party app with in-app purchases, a legitimate app would not be asking for gift card codes.
