To sign into your App Store account click on your name at bottom left corner.

This should take you to your Purchases list as mentioned by Rich.

As Rich says, if you have had iMovie installed on a Mac before ,with the same Apple ID ,then you should see iMovie listed and be able to download a compatible version.

Hi,

If you had iMovie installed on your Mac at any point in time, sign into your app store account. You will see your purchases listed there, including iMovie. Download iMovie from there. You will be given the option to obtain the highest iMovie version that your operating system will run.

Follow the instructions in the previous posts and you will be able to download the latest version of iMovie that your operating system will run. That assumes that you had iMovie on your Mac at some earlier point in time, even though you may have lost or deleted it.
