How to recover missing emails from MSN account?
How do I find and retrieve emails that have disappeared from my MSN account after my last Apple update?

Log into the MSN webmail interface, and check for the missing mail messages there.
If the messages are present in the webmail interface and not locally, then delete the mail account on iPhone, and re-add it.
Deleting a mail account on an iPhone will not effect mail on the mail server, and will not effect mail stored locally.
