Has anyone ever heard back from Nebula (horoscope&astrology app) support?
This is more of a question than a complaint - has anyone actually managed to get a real reply from Nebula’s customer support? I tried contacting them over a month ago about a billing issue. Just wanted to understand a charge that appeared without much context. I used the in-app support button, sent a message through their contact form, and even followed up via email listed in the app. Still nothing. No confirmation that my message was received, no “we’re working on it,” not even an automated ticket number. Just silence🥴 I understand teams get busy, but the lack of any response - even a basic acknowledgment - makes it hard to trust the system. And when there’s no clear way to manage billing inside the app, support becomes kind of the only option. I’m genuinely curious if anyone else had better luck. I’m still hoping they’ll reply, but at this point, I’ve had to get help through my bank instead. That's why I'm sharing my Nebula review with you
