Why is Apple Music using 36 GB of storage with minimal downloads on iPhone?

I don’t have a lot of music downloaded, so I don’t know why does it takes plenty of space. Idk what to do, i’ll change my Iphone but the future one has 64 of storage, so I want to find a solution for this problem

Apple Music app taking up too much storage on iPad Apple Music was taking up over 4 GB on my iPad, even though I have downloaded no content. Apple Music saves only a portion of downloaded files I'm having trouble with the Apple Music. My playlist has about 200 songs (not too much) and all of them are downloaded to my iphone. But every time I log out of my Apple ID and go back in, some (not all) of the songs I have to download back. My question is why this happens (something stays on the iPhone and something is deleted). All settings are set correctly. Settings > Music > Optimise Storage - off.
