In my app privacy report there is an app called shortcutsactions that is accessing my contacts rather regularly, but I deleted the shortcuts app and when it was installed I never ran any shortcuts

If you're seeing a mysterious or unexpected app listed in your App Privacy Report after deleting the Shortcuts app, it's likely due to residual data or system processes that haven't been fully cleared.

This can happen if the app was offloaded instead of fully deleted, or if certain permissions or cached data remain.

To address this, navigate to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, locate the app in question, and ensure it's completely removed by selecting Delete App.

Afterward, restart your iPhone to clear any lingering processes.

If the app still appears in the App Privacy Report, it may be due to a known iOS bug where deleted apps continue to show up in settings or reports.

In such cases, updating to the latest iOS version can help, as Apple often releases patches for these issues. If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Apple Support for further assistance.
