No sorry. Your iPhone 7’s latest iOS support has ended and iOS 15.8.4 is the end of the road. You need an iPhone XR or later for iOS 17, and 18.

The iPhone 7 originally ran iOS 10.0. You can update it to the latest release of iOS 15 - currently iOS 15.8.4 – but that is the end of the line.

You cannot update an iPhone 7 to iOS 16 or higher. iOS 17 is out of the question.
