How can I prevent my phone from freezing up when accessing family parental restrictions?

Each time I try to access my daughter’s restrictions under family AND under her name, my phone freezes. Sometimes it just completely backs me out and brings me back to my Home Screen. I’m unable to make any adjustments for her phone, this includes all restrictions. I’ve tried accessing it every which way possible, but it locks up every time. It will not allow for me to go further than clicking on her name or family.

My storage is not even close to being full, so that can’t be it. My phone is also rather new. Any suggestions?
