Unable to locate P.M. Dawn’s ‘Jesus Wept’ album on Apple Music

P.M. Dawn was one of my favourite artists of my youth. Their best album was called "Jesus Wept". I cannot find this album on Apple Music. It is available on Tidal. Whilst I have the CD, I no longer have a CD player, and since I pay for a streaming service, I would expect all of an artist's albums to be available on that service, and not just their first and last albums.

Who can I ask to revise this policy? Or is there someone that I can complain to?
