Safari not loading a particular website on IPhone 13

I have an Iphone 13 and Safari is not loading one particular website indicating "safari couldn't open the page because the server stopped responding". I can access all the other sites and I can access the site from my laptop.

I cleared out cookies

reset the network

restarted phone

Wifi seems fine.

I don't see a content blocker.

Safari I have a problem with safari, it doesn't work when my Iphone is connected to mobile internet, when I try to get on internet I get a message: Safari cannot open the page beacuse your Iphone is not connected to the internet. In the same timeI can open all others apps like facebook, linkedin, whatsapp, telegram... Do I have to change something in settings to make it work?
