Can't check Canon printer ink levels via wifi

Sonoma 14.5

M2 Mini

Canon Pixma 3520

The 4 ink cartridge levels are not viewable in the Printer System Setting. There is one called "Mc." No idea what that is. (see screenshot). Are levels simply not viewable over WiFi? I tried to google this but could find nothing.

Should work. Did you try reinstalling the driver's from the Canon Site?

Thanks so much for your excellent advice (I should have thought of it myself). Unfortunately, Canon doesn't support Sonoma for that model. I guess I'll have to just eyeball the tanks.
