I use the Klarna widget for Loyalty Cards. But there is no option to change the order to either Most Used or Recently Used. It always shows me the card in Alphabetical order which is useless and I know I can delete the other cards but I do not want to do that and shouldn't have to. Am I in the right place to have this ability to edit my Widget card order?

Just a little update for anyone new inquiring about this. I’ve reached out to Klarna and the person who I talked to said that the widget issues have to do with Apple.
I then chatted with Apple Support to inquire. They said that the ability to order your cards needs to be an action in the app since they just port over app abilities to create the widgets.
So it’s Klarna that has to add this sorting function like Stocard had. You’d think if you’re going to take over an app from another developer, you’d include all of the available functions. A bit of an oversight if you ask me.
I have not reached back out to Klarna because I’m annoyed by them. I have screenshots that I will contact them with to explain and hopefully get it resolved.
I just really wish common sense still existed.
I will tackle this again with Klarna once I have more time & patience and I will report back.

Thank you very much for taking the time to inform us. I checked around and I bought the app Barcodes for $15 CAD. It's a little expensive but very user friendly!
I have the same issue. I'm gonna try to find a better app. You would think they would offer the options you listed above. Thank you for posting. At least I don't think it's only me!
Awesome! I actually will drop $15 on this app, just to spite Klarna. The Widgets work good on iPhone? Like you can order your cards?
It would seem from the Klarna page that it is a part of their app. You must have the app to install the widget, so I would contact their support for help with your issue. It would seem that it has to do with how the app and widget work, so they would need to be the ones to support that.
I'm sorry, I do not use the widget. But generally, when it comes to something from a 3rd party developer, how they code the app for the API they are using, it is their coding. I'm not sure that Apple has any additional control over that. But, we are not Apple here and would not know what, if anything, Apple could control. I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly and see if you can get any information from them. You may also what to share what Klarna support told you about it. Good luck.
There are kinds of ways you can pit your cards in whatever order you want. It's a good app. Just to say, I had an loyalty card for which they didn't have the logo. I wrote to them and within a couple of hours, they added the logo. That was pretty good I say!

I contacted them first. I know what you're saying and likely if they offered a way to sort my loyalty cards in their app, the widget would most likely pull up the ones I need.
Regarding having a sort option in their app, they've noted my feedback. Who knows how long that will take. When messaging their support this is a summary of what the person said:
To recap, you have contacted us regarding the loyalty cards
widget to be arranged in order, and I have informed you that Regarding
reordering loyalty cards in the iPhone wallet widget, You might want to check
your iPhone settings or consult Apple's support resources for guidance on
managing the order of loyalty cards in your wallet widget. would like to inform
you that re-ordering widget is not facilitated by Klarna. It is in the phone
widget Klarna works as a payment gateway."
Yea, I totally agree. I don't know how to contact them directly. It just brought me to this community. That's where I'm aiming. Can you point me in the right direction?
