Unable to approve app request from son

When I click on the request in my messages it says decline or get (not approval). When I click on ‘get’, my Touch ID appears but when I try to use this it just vanishes and the request cannot be carried out

When downloading an app it asks for confirm with assistive touch. After pressing assostive touch, nothing is happening Why cant I download an app now. It says confirm with assistive touch, i did press assistive touch but nothing is happening. This wasnt like this before

Ask to buy requests stopped working I stopped receiving ask to buy requests from my child’s apple account. It worked fine for a couple of weeks, then suddenly nothing. I turned off this setting from my account so that it should have made it so that she can install any app without having to ask for permission, hasn’t worked, it still shows the “ask” box 🙄. I looked for the notification in the notifications centre, in messages, there isn’t any. I have restarted both phones, still nothing. Does anyone know how to fix this please? Thank you!
