Can I stop my Apple Music subscription early to change country settings?

I want to change my country/region setting, but I cannot do that until my Apple Music subscription ends.

So it’s okay to cancel the subscription early.

I just want to make sure that I’ll be able to change my region afterwards.

Apple Music i recently came to the u.s., before that i lived in germany, and i had a subscription to apple music until april 5, now i want to change the region and country but i can't change it until i cancel apple music i canceled it but still can't change the region. could you please turn off apple music permanently so i can change the region and country
