How can I fix Control Center issues after updating to iOS 18.4?

so after I updated to iOS 18.4 every time I play a video on YouTube in landscape and I pull down the control center. The orientation of the first page is messed up in a way that I can’t use some of the controls as they are outside of the screen. Even when I go go back to portrait mode, the problem still stays, and only the first page of the control center is affected.

So far the only solution I found is to restart the phone and it sort of fixes it but when I pull down the control center in landscape again the problem resurfaces. Is anyone else having the same problem?
