Define "everything"?
Also, by emails do you mean 2 Apple Accounts?
You only need Family Sharing if the Mac and the iPhone are using separate Apple IDs. And you want to share things like iTunes purchases and subscriptions and have a shared photo album and calendar. Things like email, contacts, notes, files are not shared over Family Sharing.
click here ➜ Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support
Outside of that, if what you want is to share contacts and email, you can add the other email account to each device for Mail, Contacts, notes and calendar.
click here ➜ Add email accounts in Mail on Mac - Apple Support
and here ➜ Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
