Hulp in FCP hover above a button

Is there a way to enable a help function in Final Cut Pro, so that when I hover over a button, a description appears explaining what it does?

Final Cut Pro Title Inspector I am trying to animate a “Basic Lower Third” Title in Final Cut Pro 10.3. I am able to access and edit with the text inspector, however when I try to access the Title Inspector it only shows the words “Published Parameters” hide/show without loading any parameters? I have seen this Title (Basic Lower Third) animated in the Title inspector before but can’t remember how they were doing it?

Why can’t we place cursor anywhere we want to edit texts? Does anyone else hate some of these “short cuts” Apple’s decided to add to 12? I want to at least have the option of turning off the “long press space bar to release cursor” short cut and replace with old fashioned “put the darned cursor wherever I put my finger (on the screen 🤭)” Does anyone know if this is possible?

deeper help information (shortcuts) Maybe a simple question: I'm puzzling to get more (deeper) information while I'm using the floating help button. For more detailed information this pane always gives the opportunity to press the SHIFT+COMMAND+B keys. Where is the the beta-key?

It's on by default.

It's takes a few seconds to appear and also depends what you're pointing at. Not everything on the screen will have this functionality.
