I bought AirPod pros maybe a month ago and with it came 3 3month subscriptions so I went to claim the Apple Music because I was running low on my subscription so I canceled it then went to redeem my code then the text “you are not eligible for this offer” appeared can someone help me?

It is only for new subscribers. If you previously used a free trial for the Apple Music subscription, you do not get to use another one. With any service a free trial can only be used once.
That offer is only available to people who haven't subscribed to Apple Music before.
