can't access apple pay as a 15 year old

My guardian is trying to allow me to access Apple Pay as a minor but it's requiring me to provide my social security number like I am an adult

How can i add apple pay for my son Im having issues setting my sons apple pay. When i try to enable it from my phone its says he already has apple cash enable. When i go to his phone its says unable to set up due to age. My younger son has apple pay. How do i fix this?

You must be part of a Family Sharing plan with your guardian using an Apple Device as the Organizer. It will then be their Social Security number used for identity verification and not yours.
