iCloud passwords for PC / Chrome is not working.

The iCloud passwords extension for Chrome is not working for me, I tried fixing it on my own but I can't find anything that works. When I try to use the Passwords extension it tells me to download iCloud for Windows, which I have already done. When I open the iCloud app there's an "accept" button (Godkänn in Swedish) under Passwords app under the "Apps that use iCoud" list, but when I try to approve it nothing happens. I get a prompt on my iPhone and a 6 digit code but nothing happens when I enter it. Please help!
