How can I stop iCal from shifting entries to the next day?

Since yesterday all my appointment entries have shifted one day ahead. I don't know what to do. every time I make an entry iCal moves it to the following day.

I rely on iCal to run my business it is creating a crisis. What can I do to fix this? Any ideas?
