Does pairing my son's watch affect my iCloud data in Family Sharing?

i have added my son to our family sharing but when trying to pair his watch it requests me to delete the icloud data - does this affect my icloud data

Apple Watch Data I recently gave my younger brother my iphone and made sure to remove my apple id, he added his apple id and everything seemed to be fun until he got his own apple watch and asked him to sign into my apple id and now has all my shared fitness data while saying it’s under his own account. I can’t seem to figure out how to remove my data from his watch.

2 iPhones, 2 Apple watches, 1 Apple id My wife and I have always shared an Apple ID. I've had a watch for years and she just got hers. However, her activity and my activity are combined. What can we do to fix this, but not lose all of the other sharing we have?
