How can I view downloaded Podcast widget on my iPhone?

HI All. I have a question about the Downloaded Podcast Widget. I have iPhone 16 with 18.4 installed. It may just be a current limitation of the widget but it appears though i'm able to choose Downloaded podcasts from the Podcast - library widget, it chooses one downloaded episode at random instead of showing a list of all downloaded podcasts. Is anyone else able to do things differently or is it just a limitation at this time.
